why did we use the colors on district dash board

Probably only I noticed that the color scheme on District Dashboard stacked bar charts has changed. Any insights on why these colors versus the previous set? The color scheme was changed to avoid the same issue as above - minimize or eliminate any connotation of grading or scoring (red/yellow/green). I realized after I finished that I did not address the color scheme. It was in my notes, but I ended up ad libbing my comments, hence I forgot to comment on it. The color pallet serves two purposes. One is to be neutral in how it is perceived. The other is it is from the color blind organization, so helps those with issues related to color blindness.
